Final Fantasy XIV Beta Test applications begin
I’ve been playing the MMORPG Final Fantasy XI since it came out on the PS2 in 2004 up until today. The prospect of testing the next MMO coming out next year is quite exciting. Interested individuals can sign up here. The game is expected to be released for PCs and the PS3 sometime in 2010.
Procrastinating in the Heat 
It seems like another generic MMO, a bit disappointing for me.
Unfortunately almost all MMOs fall into the same pit. The only selling point about this is that it’s “Final Fantasy”. Apparently the branding works in Japan as there are still a lot of them playing FFXI. The big difference about this is that it will bring the game to HD much like porting the FFXI to the Xbox 360 back in 2006 and a lot more cosmetic changes.
